This metal festival is hosted by and benefits a charity with an amazing cause, The Altruistic American. The Altruistic American is a 501c3 nonprofit that is battling the mental health crisis in Northern Nevada with the hope to do so nationwide in the future. With the proceeds that are collected from Mental 4 Metal, The Altruistic American will be able to provide brick and mortar crisis clinics for any and everyone.The cost of treatment at these facilities will be minimal if not free!
Not only do you get to mosh all weekend, you are doing so while supporting an amazing cause. Make sure you stop by The Altruistic American's tent and learn more about our mission and plans for the future.
Venue
The venue TBA is huge and so are the bands TBA. Reno is in the high desert, make sure you are prepared accordingly. A "how to prepare" for Mental 4 Metal page will be live soon.
